Parrillan (pronounced: parri-Yan) is taken from the Spanish word, ‘parrilla,’ meaning grill. Our two restaurants, Coal Drops Yard in Kings Cross and Borough Yards in London Bridge, celebrate Spanish cooking over fire.

Parrillan serves Spanish para picar, arroces, and a choice of beautiful meat, seafood and vegetables. At Coal Drops Yard and the Borough Yard terrace, these items are cooked by guests on their own mini parrillas, on the terraces. At Borough Yards, our chefs also have an ambitious menu of their own, served inside and outside.

At each location, we offer a list of largely Spanish wines, sherries and Cavas by the glass and bottle. There are also Gin and Tonic menus and cocktails by the glass and carafe.
