Parrillan Borough Yards is an outdoor terrace under the reimagined Victorian brick railway arches, two minutes from Borough Market and connecting to the South Bank.

At Parrillan Borough Yards, guests grill meticulously sourced meat, seafood and vegetables on their own bespoke mini-parrillas on the terrace, grazing on Spanish para picar between rounds; with large shared arroz dishes making a beautiful centrepiece to the table.

A largely Spanish list offers wines, sherries and Cavas by the glass and bottle, alongside a range of handcrafted cocktails.
