Parrillan Borough Yards is a restaurant with an outdoor terrace under the reimagined Victorian brick railway arches, two minutes from Borough Market and connecting to the South Bank.

At Parrillan Borough Yards, our chefs cook beautiful Spanish produce over the flames of a wood-fired grill; whole fish, Galician steaks, arroces and seasonal vegetables. Outside on the terrace, guests can also cook our meticulously sourced ingredients over their own mini parrillas.

A largely Spanish list offers wines, sherries and Cavas by the glass and bottle. There is also a dedicated Gin and Tonic menu and a list of cocktails by the glass and carafe.
